Dr. Susan Carroll is a highly respected and seasoned executive, leader, consultant and clinician. Dr. Carroll’s professional career includes an impressive mix and depth of corporate leadership and technical roles across a variety of functional areas. Her core areas of expertise include organizational design and effectiveness, work team dynamics and development, career planning, conflict resolution and management, strategic resource planning and development and ethics. In addition to having served roles in human resources, diversity in the Fortune 30 corporate world, Susan has also served as a successful executive with responsibility for high-tech operations, a $40M global customer support operation (North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America) as well as an expert in consumer research, satisfaction and support. Susan has also had responsibility for technical operations, product development, quality and the complete redesign of a manufacturing facility, the start up of a 180+ seat call center and development of initiative of inbound sales operations within a $30B Fortune 30 firm. In addition to Dr. Carroll’s corporate experience, she is currently a candidate for the degree of Doctor of Psychology (clinical psychology) and is active as a clinician.

Her clinical experience includes providing diagnostic and therapeutic services effectively to diverse populations of clients in need of biological, psychological, and sociological bases of human functioning. Her mix of clients includes impoverished, marginalized populations as well as corporate executives. She is also widely experienced in serving as a coach and mentor in a non-clinical role.

As a consultant, Susan has conducted a wide range of work shops, focus groups and engagements designed to improve workplace productivity, dynamics and behavior. Susan’s projects include the successful development and implementation of a workplace compensation program for a non-profit organization as well as customer acquisition and strategic consulting project.

Dr. Carroll earned her Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in Chicago, IL and both her Doctorate of Philosophy and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgia Tech University. She has also completed extensive executive, graduate level studies in the Master of Business Administration program at Miami University.

Susan enjoys the arts, painting, drawing and playing cello in her free time.
