There are many kinds of coaching out there today – Personal Coaching, Life Coaching, Family Coaching, Work-Life Balance Coaching, Spiritual Coaching and so on. They are all different. We focus on coaching services related directly executives and individuals seeking personal career, business or corporate outcomes. Our practice rose out of constant requests and referral business particularly in the areas of personal marketing and branding, career strategy and small business, consulting as well as special projects for corporate executives.

To be clear, we do not provide personal development coaching, job placement, wealth/financial management or life coaching. Nor do we provide clinical, psychological or social counseling. Rather, we are trusted, personal advisors in the areas of business, career, marketing and strategy. Our Private Executive Coaching Services or Corporate Coaching Services focus on business related outcomes that integrate holistically with your personal and business goals.

Axion Business Solutions coined the term “Holistic Business"™ (that is, the importance of optimizing the whole and all of its parts). We take this concept into our executive coaching practice. We listen intensely and empathetically at the most involved level and to understand each unique person to better in whatever goals we have partnered with our client to achieve the desired goals and outcomes. We are selective in taking on clients who we feel possess the desire, energy, passion and commitment to partner together to bring about the change they are seeking. If we don’t think we can help our client achieve their goals – we’ll say so.

We believe in helping our clients reinvent themselves holistically when it comes to their total interests, skills, passions and goals. We do have some core philosophies and frameworks that we believe in but we work with each client on a very intimate, customized and personal basis. This can include session only work, consultation services only, phone support, collaborative working on tasks and deliverables and any combination of these ways of working together.
